Watercolor, mixed-media pencils and pastels — be creative in any of the media mentioned. Mixed media techniques will be explored in various topics including landscapes and still life drawings. There will be discussion about various artists, including Monet and Cezanne and their ability to capture nature in their work. Participants will also learn to analyze and critique their works in an art talk with the instructor. Students should bring a 9″ x 12″ sketch pad to class. Upon registration students will be given the instructors contact info in order to get their supply list. This is a four week class. Class is limited to 12 registrants. No discounts are applicable.
