Celebrating The Beauty of the Indiana Dunes

Marshall J. Gardner Center For The Arts

Lynn Buckmaster + Mark Anderson. Acrylic meets Watercolor. DeMotte meets Hammond.

It always comes back to the Indiana Dunes when talking about the lakeshore neighborhood of Gary Indiana. Located within a National Park this landscape provides endless opportunities for artists to interpret the beauty of nature.

For a June/July exhibit the Miller Beach Arts & Creative District presents two local artists – working in watercolor & acrylic – to combine their body of works reflecting the Indiana Dunes into one beautiful expressive exhibit celebrating the beauty of our neighborhood.

Lynn also instructs painting party events. Her hopes are to promote a love and appreciation for nature and the arts, while encouraging others to try creative activities and develop their talents.
